Pet Policy
At Phillips Pass, four-legged residents are welcome home with an on-site bark park and plenty of room to roam. With Terry Hershey Park and George Bush Park trails just minutes from your door, there's always somewhere new to sniff out together.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
